A myriad of help resources are embedded on your site:
1. Help icons are embedded throughout your site to provide tips in a pop-up window.
2. The Help Widget displays on every page of your site to provide access to:
- AI Instant Answers
- Library of illustrated instructions
- Our human support team
3. You can find curated help instructions for the 22 different types of fundraising events our software supports. Just answer a couple of questions about your event, then review the descriptions of event-types that match your answers. Select the one that most closely describes your event to embed the curated instructions on your dashboard.
4. Free weekly webinars are available for help Getting Started, setting up Registration and Bidding and for an event night walk-thru.
5. Event day/night phone support is available for all customers.
6. Professional subscribers also have access to phone support during pre-event preparations and post-event wrap-up.
