Requesting Help

Numerous help resources are embedded in your site, but there may be occasions when you need to communicate directly with a support rep to get information and assistance.

  1. Prompt email support is available Sun-Thur 8am-6pm and 8am-10pm Fri-Sat Pacific.
  2. Phone Support is included in Professional Plans and is available Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Pacific.
  3. Event Phone Support is available to all 8am-10pm Pacific on the day of your event.  

1.  For Email Support

Click Help > Contact Our Support Team.

Tips for helping us provide the best answers to your question(s):

  1. Be specific. If you are asking about how to handle a particular item, order, ticket, or user - please include the name or number so that we can investigate.
  2. When reporting an error message - please copy and paste the text of the error message, or provide a screenshot.
  3. Submit separate requests for each topic (rather than sending a lengthy list all in one message). You'll get faster responses, and we're less likely to miss one of your questions.
  4. You can re-open a request at any time by replying again - but please submit a new request for new issues. Re-opened threads often become unwieldy and confusing.

3.  Event Night Phone Support

The Event Night Support number will display at the top of your event site on the day of your event.
