Registration and Bidding

Wednesdays 2-3pm Pacific Time 

This one-hour webinar covers registration options, setting up online bidding, and sending invitations.

We start with a 45 minute overview covering:

  • Setting up Ticket Sales for in person events
  • Access for Online Events
  • Sending Invitations to Buy Tickets and Bid
  • Setting up and Launching an Online Auction

Followed by a Q&A period - giving priority to questions with the broadest appeal.

Event Night and Reporting Results

Thursdays 3-4pm Pacific Time

This one-hour webinar covers a walk through of how the software will be used during your event, managing carts/orders and reporting event results.

We start with a 45 minute overview covering:

  • Gala check-in, placing items in winner's carts, and check-out
  • Monitoring Online Bidding and Awarding Items
  • Solving access issues and placing proxy bids
  • Viewing and Managing carts/orders
  • Reporting Event Results
