Event-Specific Help Instructions
You can find curated help instructions for the 22 different types of fundraising events our software supports on your dashboard.
- To get started, go to Admin > View Dashboard
- Answer a couple of questions about your event, then review the descriptions of event-types that match your answers. Select the one that most closely your event.
- Once you've selected the desired event-type, your help menu will provide links to an overview article for each topic - with links to illustrated instructions for each task.
1. Go to Admin > Dashboard > Find Instructions for your event
2. Use the Wizard to Find and Select Your Event-Type
- If the software supports what you want to do, but your current subscription doesn't include the necessary tools - the upgrade button will provide more details.
- If you can't find your style of event, use the blue help widget to contact our support team. Let us know what is unique about your event and we wil verify whether our software supports it and provide instructions when available.
