  1. AI Assist for searching our help documentation.  AI is a tremendous tool for searching a comprehensive help library, pointing you to the source material, and summarizing the answer.  Like humans - it isn't perfect, but it's very, very good.  
  2. Improved signup tools for our free weekly webinars  
  3. Updated Help Desk Hours:
  • Event Day/Night Phone Support:  Sun-Sat 8am-10pm Pacific
  • Email Support:  Sun-Thu 8am-6pm,  Fri-Sat 8am-10pm Pacific
  • Professional Subscriber Phone Support:  Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Pacific
