Viewing Open (unpaid) Orders
After your event, you will want to follow up on any orders with an outstanding balance due.
To View Open Orders:
Go to: Orders page > Common Filters > an Open Order option (All Open Order, Open Orders w/Stored Card or Open Orders w/o Stored Card).
Orders with stored cards allow payments to be added/processed without contacting customer for payment details.
For open (unpaid) orders without stored cards, send an Invitation to Self Check-Out to allow the buyer to pay online.
