Viewing Open (unpaid) Orders
After your event, you will want to follow up on any orders with an outstanding balance due.
To view open orders:
Go to Orders > Common Filters > Open Order option
Orders with vaulted cards allow payments to be added/processed without contacting customer for payment details. For open orders without vaulted cards, send an invitation to check-out to allow the buyer to pay online.
