Using Self Check-Out Feature to Collect Payment on Orders W/O Stored Cards.

Your event is over, but you still have some unpaid orders without stored cards. . . Instead of contacting each buyer individually to collect payment, you can use the Self Check-out feature to send these guests an email with an updated message and a link to their account. They can then review their purchases and pay for them online.

To Send Invitations to Self Check-out from Order Page:  

To send a Self Check-Out invitation from the Orders page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Orders page.
  2. Click the Common Filters button and select Open Orders w/o Stored Card.
  3. In the left column, check the boxes next to the orders you want to include.
  4. Click the Bulk Actions button.
  5. Select Email Selected Users > Send Invitations to Self Check-Out.
