Testing the Self Check-Out process

You can preview the default self check-out process in this video.  

To preview and test the process using the specific site settings and text you have configured:

1.  Sell a Ticket at Check-in:

  • Go to:  Auction Night > Check-in > Sell a Ticket
  • Choose a non-complimentary ticket. If you don't have one available at check-in, you can temporarily add one.
  • Name: Test Buyer, your email address and vault a credit card.

2.  Send Invitation to Self-Check-out:

  • Go to:  Auction Night > Self Check-out
  • Select Test Buyer. Be sure to unselect any guests with open orders!
  • Send Invite

3.  Open the email on your phone and follow the instructions.
