Reporting Fundraising Campaign Results
Revenue can be reported:
- Across All Campaigns
- By Individual Campaign
- By Individual Donor
- With or without annualized Recurring Donations
To View Summary Reports:
To view all revenue from campaigns (cash donations plus items sold) - Go to: Admin > View Reports > Summary Reports > Sales by Venue:
Fundraising Campaign Revenue is summarized by campaign and as a total across campaigns. Click on any line item to view the supporting detail report.
To view cash donations only - Continue to: Sales by Type
Paddle Raise line summarizes all cash donations generated on this event site. Click on the line to view and filter cash donations by option and/or venue.
Detailed Reports:
Click on any Summary line item to view the detailed report of all transactions included in the Summary line totals.
- Detailed reports can be filtered by User name or Donation/item name.
- Clicking on any column header will sort the report by the column data.
- Click on the Customize button to add (or remove) data columns to your report.
- Save as CSV to export to a spreadsheet for further manipulation.
