Viewing Guests' Purchases

For a quick check on the items in a Guest's Event Night Shopping Cart and/or the items payment status (open=unpaid and complete=paid).

To View a Guest's Gala Purchases:

Go to the Auction Night screen > Click the User Status button.

Select Desired Guest:

You can click on a Guest Name to view their Order History and the contents of their Shopping Cart.

-or- 

You can enter the Bidder Name or Number in the Search field to find a guest quickly to view their Order History and the contents of their Shopping Cart.

Keep in mind that the results are only as current as your data entry.

Note:

  • Only Ticketed Guests appear on the User Status page.
  • Blue text indicates that the guest has Checked In (Blue = Checked-In.)

TIP:Purchases made by non-ticketed guests can be viewed on the Orders page.
