Inviting Guests to Self Check-Out from Orders Page
Sending invitations to Self Check-out from the order page allows you to request online payment from anyone with an open (unpaid) order.
During a Gala event, it is easier to send invitations from the pre-filtered Auction Night Screen.
PRO TIP: You can now collect payment for open (unpaid) orders by sending supporters an invoice directly from the Orders page. The invoice will include a private payment link, allowing supporters to review their order and enter their payment information. For more details, check out: Sending Invoice to Collect Payment.
To send Invitations to Self Check-out from the Order page:
Go to: Orders Page
- Use Common filters to select All Open Orders.
- Select the orders you want to send an invite to by checking the box next to the desired user. Note that the software will NOT send an invite to selected users unless they have an open order and, if a user/email has multiple open orders - the software will only send a single invite - with links to view and pay for each of their orders.
- Click on Bulk Actions > Email Selected Users > Send Invitation to Self Check-out > Confirm and Submit.
Tip: Edit the text of your Self Check-out Invitation email to reflect the post-event scenario. . .
