Embedding Videos on Your Site
Videos can be embedded on any public page and/or in an item description for display within the catalog.
1. Copy the Embed Link provided by your Video Hosting Service
On all public pages (except Ticket Sales) - an (Edit Text) link displays under the custom text space at the top of the page (when logged in as chair or admin).
For Ticket Sales, (Edit Text) links are provided at the top of each page on the internal sales forms at Tickets > Sell a Ticket. You will need to enter a test purchase in order to proceed through the pages - use the Exit Sale link as needed to escape the form.
3. Click on Source button, then Paste Embed link in desired location:
The video dimensions must be edited for displays within Catalog > Item Descriptions because the Youtube default size (560 x 315) will break your item image. 370 x 208 displays well on laptops and is playable on phones (may need to rotate to landscape to view entire video display).
4. Click Source button again to escape then Save.
Once saved, IFRAME will display. To resize, edit the height and width within the embed link (see above).
