New! Embeddable Donation Form (Plus/Professional)

Plus and Professional subscribers can now create a simple Donation Form and embed it on any website you choose, whether that's your school's main site or your organization's website. Supporters complete the form without ever leaving the page they're on, and payments are securely processed through your event site, so your donations are tracked alongside the rest of your event activity.

Not a Plus or Professional subscriber? No worries! All subscribers can embed a Donate Button that, when clicked, takes supporters directly to a specified Fundraising Campaign or to a page displaying all active Fundraising Campaigns. See details here: Embeddable Donation Button

To Create a Donation Form:

Go to Site Settings > Items > Cash Donation Options, then:

  1. Click the Edit button next to an existing Cash Donation Option, or 
    click Add Cash Donation Option button to create a new cash donation option.
  2. Scroll down to the Embeddable Donation Form section of the page.
  3. Check the box next to "Offer an embeddable donation form for this Cash Donation."
  4. In the Form Title field, enter the title you'd like displayed at the top of the form.
  5. Use the color picker to choose the Banner/Button Color.
  6. Use the color picker to choose the Banner/Button Text Color.
  7. If you'd like to collect mailing addresses, check the box next to "Ask donors for their mailing address."
  8. Click Save.

To Preview the Form:

Once your Cash Donation Option has been created and saved:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the Cash Donation Option.
  2. Scroll down to the Embeddable Donation Form section of the page.
  3. Click the Preview Form button to see how your form will look.

To Embed the Form:

Once your Cash Donation Option has been created and saved:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the Cash Donation Option.
  2. Scroll down to the Embeddable Donation Form section of the page.
  3. Copy the Embed Code and Paste it into the Source Code of the website page where you'd like the donation form to appear.

Note: If you change the title or colors, be sure to save the page first so the embed code is updated before you copy it.

To Manage Donation Form Contributions:

You can view contributions made through the Embedded Donation Form by going to:

Admin > View Reports > View All Sales.

Alternatively, you can view Embedded Donation Form contributions ONLY by going to:

Admin > View Summary Reports > Sales/Revenue > Sales by Venue > Embedded Form.
