How to Purchase Admission Ticket Imports (Acorn)

Current Acorn subscribers can upgrade to Acorn w/ Ticket Import for an additional $100 fee. This upgrade allows you to Self-Import a spreadsheet of guests with tickets.

Ticketed Guest Imports are most appropriate:

  • For events that do not charge admission but need to generate bidder numbers and/or track attendance; or
  • When the software is introduced late in the planning process, tickets have already been sold, and the guest and ticket details are available in a spreadsheet.

Please note: An Account Manager role is required to purchase Ticket Imports.

If tickets haven't been sold yet, the built-in ticket feature offers more robust (and intuitive) tools for offering tickets online and/or entering tickets internally.

Upgrading your current Acorn subscription to Acorn w/ Ticket Import does not extend your subscription expiration date. The upgrade only adds the Ticket Import feature to your existing subscription.

To Upgrade to Acorn w/Ticket Import:

Account Managers can purchase the Ticket Import feature from either the Dashboard or Tickets page.

To Upgrade from the Dashboard

  1. Go to Admin > View Dashboard.
  2. Under the Your Account section, click the red Purchase button next to Ticket Imports. You’ll be directed to the Upgrade Your Subscription page.

To Upgrade from the Tickets Page

  1. Go to the Tickets page.
  2. Click the red Purchase Ticket Imports button. You’ll be directed to the Upgrade Your Subscription page.
  3. Click the Upgrade button.
  4. Select your preferred payment method (Credit Card or Check).
  5. Review and accept the Terms of Service.
  6. Click Submit Payment to add the Ticket Import feature to your event site.

The price shown for Pay as You Grow – Acorn w/Ticket Import reflects the difference between the amount you already paid for your current Acorn subscription and the cost of the upgraded subscription

$179 Acorn w/ Ticket Import subscription – $79 Standard Acorn subscription = $100 upgrade cost
