How It’s Handled: Guest Access to Online Auction Without Invite to Bid

This article explains what happens when a guest signs in to an existing user record or creates a new record using the Sign Up feature.

In some cases, guests may not receive an “Invite to Bid” email to access an Online Auction. Instead, they can access the online auction through a Sign Up link, Sign Up QR code, or the “Sign In or Sign Up to Bid” link within an online auction item tile.
