A: Essentials, Plus, and Professional Subscriptions payment options:

  • Credit Cards can be used to collect payment during Online Ticket Sales, Fundraising Campaigns, Self Check-Out, Online Auctions/My Cart, Internal Ticket Sales, Gala Check-Out, Orders page, and Point of Sale (POS)
  • Google/Apple Pay (Deluxe Gateway Only) can be used to collect payment during Online Ticket Sales, Fundraising Campaigns, Self Check-Out, and Online Auctions/My Cart.
  • Checks can be used to collect payment during Internal Ticket Sales, Gala Check-Out, Orders page, and Point of Sale (POS).
  • The Cash payment option can be used during Internal Ticket Sales, Gala Check-Out, Orders page, and Point of Sale (POS).
  • The Custom/External payment option can be used during Internal Ticket Sales, Gala Check-Out, Orders page, and Point of Sale (POS).
  • The Pay at Event payment option can be used during Online Ticket Sales and Internal Ticket Sales.

Acorn Subscription payment options:

Q: How Do I Apply a Cash Payment at My Gala?

  1. How do I enter a cash payment from a guest?

A: To record a cash payment at your Gala event, navigate to the Auction Night screen and click the red Check-Out button. Enter the guest’s name or bidder number, and once you’ve verified their information and reviewed the items in their cart, go to the Payment Information section. Under Select a Payment Method, choose Cash from the dropdown menu and enter the amount collected.

You can also record cash and/or check payments on existing orders directly from the Orders page.
