Q: How Can I Assign Guest to Tables?
- How are tables assigned to guests?
- Can I assign more than one guest to a table at a time?
A: To assign a ticketed guest to a table or seat, start by going to your Tickets page. Check the box next to the guest/guests you’d like to assign to the table, then click on the “Bulk Actions” button and select “Assign Tables and Seats” from the dropdown.
Under the “Table” header, choose “Enter Value”, type in the table name or number, and click Save.

Pro Tip: To clear an assignment and leave unassigned, select “Clear Value” from the dropdown under menu located under the “Table” header and Save.
Pro Tip: If you do not currently see the Table and/or Seats column on your Tickets page, use the “Customize” button to add it to view.
Pro Tip:The Data Columns are sorted alpha numerically, so enter numbers as 01, 02, 03 etc. to avoid sort results of 1, 10, 11 etc.
