Q: Our Auction Ended—Why Didn’t the Self Check-Out Invitation Send Automatically?

A: The Self Check-Out invitation is not automated. When your auction closes—whether it’s an online/mobile auction or a paper-based event—you’ll need to manually send the invitation to guests with open (unpaid) orders. This can be done from either the Auction Night screen or the Orders page.
The Self Check-Out feature sends a convenient email to each guest with a personalized link. This allows them to view their cart, apply a credit card payment, and check out quickly on their own device. That said, using Self Check-Out is completely optional and does not impact their ability to check out in person.
