Updating Credit Cards on Recurring Donations

If a stored credit card becomes invalid (expires, cancelled etc) you can email invitations to update your credit card individually or in bulk.

You also have the option of manually clearing stored credit cards and entering new card information yourself, but best practice is to use the emailed invitation to provide a link for your supporter to update their own card.

To Send Email(s) to request an updated payment method:

From the Dashboard of your event site OR your Account Page (shown below), click on the button to Manage Recurring Donation.

To Bulk Send Emails:

Select desired Recipients > click on Bulk Request Payment Update button

To Send Individual Emails

Click on Action > Edit Account

Click button to Email Payment Update Request:
