Reporting Revenue from Recurring Donations

Note: Recurring Donations require an Acorn, Plus, or Professional subscription.

Because the lifespan of a recurring donation pledge is likely to extend past the active use of the event site it originated on, recurring donation transactions are processed  from a central location on your Manager/Account page.

Recurring pledges are recorded on an individual event site as $0 line items (in orders and reports) but revenue is reported on the Manager/Account page because the payments are processed there.

Recurring Revenue reporting can be accessed from the Event Site > Reports:

Note:  Access to the Account page requires Account Manager or Event Chair role.

Account Page Reports Recurring Donation Revenue Expected/Collected:

To access go to Admin > View Dashboard > Your Account > Manage Recurring Donations

Revenue Collected to date and Projected Monthly Revenue can be reported by Donor, Event Site, or Fund using the Search Field and Filters provided.

As always:

  • The Customize button allows you to select the data your want included in your report;
  • Clicking on the column headers will sort the data by that column; and
  • The "Export as .csv" button downloads the data displayed to Excel or Numbers for further manipulation and/or printing.
