Applying Multiple Payments at Check-Out

Sometimes you will need to apply multiple payments at check-out. To do so, simply choose the payment method and amount for the first payment, submit, then repeat for each additional payment. If you need to split payments across different credit cards, you'll need to clear the store in order to enter the second card's credentials.

To Apply Multiple Payments at Gala Check-Out:  

  1. Go to Auction Night Screen > Check Out.
  2. In the Payment Information section, Select a Payment Method from the dropdown and choose the first payment method.
  3. Edit the Amount to Pay to the desired amount for the first payment.
  4. Submit the Payment.
  5. The completed payment appears above the Payment Information section.
  6. Repeat steps 2-4 to process the second payment method.
