Reporting your Event Results
The Live summary reports provide live tracking of your Event Results. These reports show top level numbers, sliced and diced into the most commonly requested reports: How much money was raised and how much remains to be collected? How much did our Silent Auction earn? Live auction? Paddle Raise? How many people added a donation to cover the cc processing fees? From the Summary reports, you can click on any line to view a detailed report supporting the line item then add, filter, or sort the data as needed. You can also save any report as a CSV file for export or printing.
To view summary reports:
- Go to Admin > View Reports > View Summary Reports > Sales/Revenue
- Scan the Summary Reports for top level results.
- Click on any line item view details.
- Click on Export as CSV link to download to a spreadsheet.
