Using Will Call for Online Events
The Will Call feature can be used to distribute items to winners/buyers after an Online Auction or Virtual Event.
Be sure to edit the email template(s) for Winning Bid notifications and/or Invitation to Self Check-out to provide instructions on how, where and when items will be distributed.
Flagging items as gift certificate and/or physical items for Will Call:
- Use the will call flag on individual items to denote whether the items is a physical item or gift certificate that needs to be picked up/delivered. Will Call Flags can be added as items are created, and/or edited individually or via bulk edits.
Will Call Report:
Go to: Auction Night Will Call Report (shown) OR Admin View Reports View Summary Reports Sales/Revenue Will Call Report
Will Call Report displays all items sold during Gala and Online events:
- You can search the Will Call Report by entering a guest’s name in the User Name field or an item name in the Item Name field.
- The report can be customized by clicking the Customize button and selecting the information you'd like to include.
- To filter the report by gala items or online/mobile items, use the Gala or Online/Mobile buttons located on the right side of the page above the data grid.
- If you’d like to sort the report by a specific column—such as Bid # or Buyer—simply double-click the column header.
