Connecting Existing Deluxe Account to a New Event Site

If you already have a valid* Deluxe account, a button is provided to copy the account credentials to additional event sites.    

*Deluxe Accounts created on Acorn sites withhold the 3% performance fee from transactions and are only valid on active Acorn accounts.   If you are upgrading from or downgrading to Acorn, you must apply for a new Deluxe account with the appropriate fee structure.

To add existing account to new site

Go to:  Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Payments/Credit Card > Setup Gateway

  1. Choose Deluxe Payments as the gateway.   If  your organization already has a Deluxe account, a button is provided to connect it with the event site.
  2. Click on Advanced Settings to add an identifier to track which event site transactions originate from.

 

If your organization has multiple Deluxe accounts:

You must choose the event site/deluxe account you want to migrate/copy the account credentials from.
