Assigning Guests to Tables and Seats

For your event, you may need to assign guests to specific tables and seats. The good news is—you can easily update multiple guests with a single edit from the Tickets page.

To get started, go to your Tickets page. Check the box next to the guest(s) you'd like to assign, then click the “Bulk Actions” button and select “Assign Tables and Seats” from the dropdown menu.

In the Table field, select “Enter Value”, type in the table name or number, and click Save.

Pro Tips:

  • To clear an assignment and leave a guest unassigned, choose “Clear Value” from the dropdown under the Table column, then click Save.
     
  • If you don’t currently see the Table and/or Seats columns on your Tickets page, click the “Customize” button to add them to your view.
     
  • Columns are sorted alphanumerically, so for consistent sorting, use leading zeros (e.g., 01, 02, 03) instead of 1, 10, 11.
