Correcting Items Sold as Tickets
Use these instructions to exchange add-on items incorrectly sold as admission tickets during ticket sales.
Delete non-admission Ticket Type(s)
Go to Site Settings > Registration > Tickets > Ticket Sale > Ticket Types
Create Catalog Item to Replace Incorrect Ticket Type
Add or Edit an item to offer as an add-on during future ticket sales and/or to replace purchases in existing orders:
- Item name = deleted Ticket Type Name
- Fixed price type (raffle, sellable, signup)
- Flag the item to make it available as an add-on item.
Exchange Incorrect Ticket for Add-on Item on Existing Orders:
